Hybrid 3 days in / 2 days out)

Required Skills

• Stronger excel/deck, gap, risk, and managing 3rd party vendors - project support
• Excel – creating basic formulas and doing basic tracking – building reports
• Experience with 2nd level reviews
• 3rd party vendor experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
• Standing up new monitoring routines and initiatives
• Experience with project support and the ability to manage complex issues from start to finish
• Experience with identifying risks and controls as it relates to writing and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes (may have to sit in and advise on writing new controls as new policies are stood up
• Can identify gaps and risks with current processes and provide recommendations on how to close that gap
• MS Applications including (Outlook PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Word, SharePoint)
• PowerPoint -Must be able to demonstrate solid skills in creating Decks
• Ability to articulate and document issues, risks, and proposed solutions

• Remediations are handled by 3rd party service providers – phone calls, cutting checks, etc.
• This includes facilitating meetings cross functionally, building project plans, building status reports, helping with gap analysis, driving process improvements, and keeping leadership informed of progress.
• Completing oversight (2nd level review) of transactional monitoring routines completed by the 3rd party service providers.
• Creating and standing up new transactional monitoring routines required for proper monitoring and oversight of service provider execution
• This role will be focused on managing initiatives for 3rd party service providers initiated by our Issue management process.
• Assist with building comprehensive project plans based on corrective actions needed to build controls and improvements with our 3rd party service providers.
• Working with Leaders, SME’s and 3rd party service providers to manage corrective actions and meeting critical deadlines.
• This team overseas the execution of 3rd party service providers to ensure compliance in their practices and activities.
• Provide daily, weekly, monthly and/or ADHOC reporting for senior and executive leadership
