Job Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our Professional Services team, working closely with the Manager of Professional Services to drive the successful planning, management, and completion of various exciting IT and IS projects. Your efforts will directly contribute to ensuring client satisfaction, while also meeting financial objectives and exceeding customer expectations. Your passion for critical thinking and keen eye for detail will play a pivotal role in identifying solutions and efficiently executing project deliverables. The opportunity to work on multiple assignments with overlapping schedules will provide you with continuous growth and learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and organize all project information, including schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
Ensure adherence to project schedules by diligently tracking project deliverables and tasks.
Act as a liaison between our valued customers and the dedicated Quest team, fostering strong collaboration and open communication.
Coordinate and support teams, facilitating seamless project assignments.
Schedule and organize follow-up meetings to ensure a smooth workflow.
Develop and present data in various formats, such as text, tables, charts, and spreadsheets, for insightful technical reports.
Manage and make accessible raw data files for seamless teamwork.
Share regular project updates with Quest management and team members.
Job Specifications
2-4 years of proven experience in project coordination, showcasing your expertise in driving successful projects.
A Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Business/Management, MIS, or Engineering (preferred but not required).
Additional certifications such as CAPM or PMP are a plus, highlighting your commitment to professional growth.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Applications, ensuring seamless project management.
Strong computer knowledge and organizational skills, allowing you to stay on top of project details.
A positive and ambitious attitude, making you an invaluable asset to the team.
