We are seeking a Program Manager (Non-Tech) to support the business management of the Core/ME3 business and the Copilot Adoption Framework. The candidate will be responsible for driving interaction and content creation with field teams, managing the rhythm of business (ROB) for field and internal calls, conducting data analysis to provide revenue and usage insights, coordinating v-team interactions, and managing follow-up action items. Additionally, the candidate will assist in preparing content and PowerPoint presentations, scheduling calls, managing minutes, and following up on actions for the Co-pilot program.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to other projects as needed, such as ad-hoc data-driven project management, usage/revenue data analysis of top customers, and identification of target customers.
- Provide monthly analysis for MBR slide, identify key trends, and offer business insights.
- Project manage the completion of field help needed tasks by tracking, triaging, assigning owners, and addressing gaps.
- Coordinate information gathering across corporate teams (STU/ATU/Digital Sales).
- Support the correction of errors and field needs for metrics, and provide ad-hoc data analysis as required.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and report them to the data management team.
- Verify the monthly data load into OneNote and report any discrepancies to the data management team.
- Generate and create content to drive initiatives and priorities for operating units and field resources.
- Facilitate the feedback loop (A15 ROB) between corporate and field stakeholders by ensuring OneNote completion, taking notes during calls, and setting up meetings.
Co-Pilot:
- Assist with v-team meetings by setting up meetings, documenting all actions, and following up accordingly.
- Design and create content for decks as necessary for field meetings or v-team meetings.
Skills:
- Proficient in using analytical tools, including Excel and KPI Lake pivots.
- In-depth product knowledge of business product portfolios.
- Solid understanding of data, analytics, and the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer software such as Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Loop, etc.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of Microsoft's business, enabling the ability to provide deep business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including basic design skills for PowerPoint document creation.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience at Microsoft, preferably in Azure, Security, or Modern Work.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
- Proven track record of driving positive business results through cross-group collaboration and partnerships.
