The Special Education Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the growth of Imagine Learning’s SPED portfolio, including the newly acquired Winsor Learning. Based on a deep understanding of the customer and the market, the Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Product team to help inform the ongoing development of these products. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing a Marketing Launch Plan, effectively positioning the products in the market, creating awareness, and generating leads, and enabling the sales team.


  • Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $100,758 and $130,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
  • Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.
  • Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.


Envision Your Experience.


In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:


  • Work closely with Market Research team to understand customer needs and competitive landscape and test all positioning and messaging.
  • Execute a comprehensive marketing plan, including the following elements: 1) Market analysis and competitive positioning, 2) Thought leadership and messaging platform, 3) New feature promotions to potential and current users, 4) Sales tools and collateral including presentations, case studies, demo videos, marketing materials, and white papers, 5) Digital marketing campaigns to drive renewal and expansion, 6) Sales training and enablement tools, 7) Communications and resources for current customers.
  • Deliver comprehensive Competitive Analysis to help inform and shape the product positioning and effectively differentiate the product in the market.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing team to execute campaigns designed to create measurable pipeline impact and support the execution of effective lead generation programs.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Collaborate with all key cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales Enablement, Digital Marketing, Curriculum Experts, Sales and Success Teams, and Event Marketing.
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement team to train and support the sales teams to articulate product positioning and advantages.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:


  • Strong collaboration skills with an outstanding track record in facilitating alignment across stakeholders and teams.
  • Outstanding writing and presentation skills, including ability to distill complex issues quickly and summarize key points and implications.
  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the K-12 marketplace and our company’s position within it.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least 3 years of Product Marketing experience in EdTech.
  • Strategic marketer with a passion for the customer.
  • Experience with, and desire to work in a fast-moving environment.
