As a Program Manager II within PNC's Enterprise Change Office, this position is primarily based in the location within PNC's footprint. Preferred locations are listed in this requisition. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities can be performed remotely. Additional locations may be considered.
In this position, you will be a program manager in the Enterprise Change Office. You will be involved in large-scale transformational initiatives, often spanning multiple lines of business and in support of corporate strategy. You may lead multiple routines across the program, manage multiple delivery projects and partner with the business teams. You will join programs at various stages of maturity – some programs are just beginning, while others require a specific program management service and others are multi-year efforts. Program managers in the Enterprise Change Office are expected to understand PNC’s change methodology framework and help teams apply and adhere to the way in which PNC effectively implements change. You will be well positioned to learn about numerous areas within the bank and partner with many different sponsors of change.

Leads a team of project managers to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Typically project size is $10m to $25m.
Manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals.
Oversight and accountability for the program budget while working to ensure success of the program.
Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results.
Teams with service partners to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.

Project Administration – Knowledge of, and ability to use, organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
Project Management – Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources, to achieve project objectives.
Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
