Annual Salary $38,563.39 + Full State Employee Benefits

Job Responsibilities:


  • Duties include answering the phone, explaining the grant application process, data entry, answering provider questions and entering paper applications received from providers who are unable to apply online, and other related tasks as required.
  • This position will aid child care providers in applying for a variety of grants related to child care programs and family child care homes.
  • Ability to work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse backgrounds specifically racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and disabilities.


Education and Experience:


Requirements at this level consist of five (5) years of technical clerical office work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Preference Statement:


Preference may be given to applicants who are bilingual and/or have customer service experience.
