Redtech is helping our client with a Contractor search for a Program Manager, Non Tech 3 within Compliance. This role is heavy on Coordination.
Estimated start date: ASAP
Estimated end date: 12/31/2023 + ongoing extensions highly probable
Compensation Range - $55-65/hr W2
Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Plan, direct, and coordinate the roadmap change communication process.
Additional notes: This is a highly tactical role -
- Production work for an internal site that has to be updated. The stakeholders send messages/alerts to get posted to the site. Experience with content writing/editing a huge plus!
- Ability to “herd cats” across teams to obtain updates.
- Update an expansive spreadsheet with product updates. The work is cumbersome and has a several dependencies. Attention to detail is important! There is a lot of cutting and pasting associated with the process.
Job Responsibilities:
• Use the Compliance PM/PMM roadmap workspace tool to track roadmap items and ensure change communication deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with Compliance Product Managers (PMs) and Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to complete any missing information and complete needed approvals.
• Conduct people change management and training activities to ensure PMs and PMMs follow the defined process.
• Recommend process improvements for the roadmap workspace tool and help with launch and adoption of process improvements.
• Escalate issues as appropriate and drive issues to resolution.
Skills Required:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a large number of tasks with multiple stakeholders.
• Intermediate knowledge of using SharePoint lists and document libraries, OneNote notebooks, and Microsoft Teams.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 5-7 years experience required.
