The Digital Program Manager is responsible for the execution and management of the portfolio of digital programs & projects to enhance the suite of YNORTH digital product offerings. This role will closely partner throughout the organization and with outside vendors to ensure a clear understanding of scope and deliverables. Responsibilities include formulating project plans, creation and oversight of a project portfolio, oversight of budgets required for project delivery, procurement of resources for project delivery, project risk assessment and mitigation strategies, and cross-functional communication delivery on project portfolio status. The Digital Program Manager will work closely with key leaders across Digital and the broader organization to ensure that digital projects are delivered within time, budget, and scope constraints.
Qualifications
·Minimum of five (5) years of experience and the proven ability to work creatively in media, marketing, and technology.
·Expertise in digital planning and prioritization.
·Desire to innovate, with a knowledge of technology and applying it to digital project management.
·Aptitude to own and manage projects, demonstrate creativity and put ideas into action.
·Proven ability to complete projects within outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
·Strong skills in spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation tools.
·Passion to learn new digital trends and explore new opportunities.
·Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
·A minimum of three (3) years of vendor and agency leadership experience with building, facilitating, and retaining a highly competent team of execution partners.
·Ability to build and sustain cross-functional strategic relationships, both internally and externally.
·Demonstrated ability in significant budget management with oversight of large scale project funds.
·A collaborative leadership style and the ability to motivate inspire and influence others to achieve results.
·Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
·Ability to think conceptually and strong analytical skills.
·Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities and achieve organizational objectives.
5.Preferred Qualifications
While these qualifications are preferred, we will work with you to learn or gain equivalent experience in these areas.
·Bachelor's degree in Communication Science, Marketing, Business, or Project Management or equivalent experience
·Experience working with APIs, apps, website systems, or equivalent systems
·Google Suite
·Microsoft Suite
·Atlassian suite
·RFP management
·Budget management for budgets of seven (7) figures
