Job Description

**This role will be 100% dedicated to Project Close Outs**


Role: Program Coordinator

Location: Remote

Duration: Through end of the year + Ext

Must-haves

  • Analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Tableau (or similar), and PowerPoint
  • Deep technical knowledge of enterprise planning (PPM) software (Planisware or MS Project required)
  • Experience in project planning, scheduling, tracking, of timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years' of experience in in drug development Program Coordination, specifically with experience in Clinical Project Close Outs

* Hands on experience with Planisware

* Project Management certs or an Advanced Degree

Day-to-Day

Insight Global's top Pharmaceutical client is seeking a Sr. Program Coordinator to provide to lead Clinical Project Close Out activities their Drug Development programs. The Coordinator will be the right hand of the Program Lead The coordinator will utilize systems and tools to create project plans across cross functional teams including Clinical, Pre-clinical, Biomarker, Regulatory, and Pharma Development. This resource must have technical skills in Planisware (preferred), and knowledge of drug development life cycles/clinical trial processes. On a daily basis the Coordinator will leverage Planisware for project close out activities. Successful candidate must demonstrate proven coordination/management ability in the Pharma/R&D industry.
