Coordinate the Artist’s professional activities with the Artist’s other team members including managers, secretaries, lawyers, accountants, etc.

Travel with the Artist as per her requirements.

Manage the Artist’s residence, including arranging for any needed repairs, organizing groceries and household supplies, etc.

Manage and supervise gifts for the Artist’s family and friends and confirm delivery of same.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Hop on a call with the client to learn about their career experience

Other tech professional (product manager, engineer, marketer, etc) looking for consistent part-time work

Create a customizable cover letter/cold email template based on the resume

Receive and integrate raw feedback on your writing, style, or content

Draft and edit emails or messages that sell individual candidates to specific jobs/companies

Alerting management to potential problems with clients and/or client feeds

Knowledge of Sureware or Connect Client preferred. Other profile system experience considered.

Work with the team to ensure continued development and skill enhancement

Must possess strong problem-solving skills

Daily support for Sureware rejects/errors that require manual intervention

Ongoing support of ICs and affiliates and their related profiles and data

Alerting management to potential problems with clients and/or client feeds

Knowledge of Sureware or Connect Client preferred. Other profile system experience considered.

Salary range is dependent on experience: 100-140K, with benefits

Please note that this role will require traveling with the executive and demands flexibility.
