Work with the project manager to schedule, assign, and track new projects and reprints, using Smartsheet

Working with product managers to keep the reprint changes organized and current

Manages relationships with printers and DVD manufacturers and resolves any issues that arise

Experience with web design, digital photography, Photoshop, and Illustrator, including retouching and creation of custom graphics

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Prepare files, including pre-flighting, for printers and other outside vendors and requests, including performing quality control checks on all deliverables

4+ years minimum experience in a design production environment

Designing week over week asset packages based on a template system for a high visibility music event

A portfolio of professional design work that demonstrates strong skills and experience in the graphic design field required.

Responsible for creating print-ready digital artwork files, software experience in Lago or Adobe InDesign, Interactive Digital Designer/Production Artist experience.

Responsibilities for this position would include retouching, editing, manipulating and finalizing high quality images, color correction and composition.

Assist packaging / category managers with physical packaging mock ups for retailers

Assist category managers with creation of different 2D POG & pallet assets for retailers

Any other relevant 3D or renderings skills are highly desireable (3D Max, etc)

Assist design team in creation of 2D design specs for Outward Hound product

Assist design team with any 2D digital illustrations for products as needed

Knowledge of print production processes, including prepress preparation, file setup, and color management.

Ideally knowledge/experience with Adobe Premiere Pro

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines and project requirements.

Requires experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Prepare digital assets by such means as cropping, resizing, and optimizing, for use in digital ads and on Brochu Walker’s website.

Prepare miscellaneous print-ready files, ensuring accuracy, proper resolution, color mode, and trim specifications.

Overall file management, re-naming files, transferring out-going/incoming files from retouchers and other vendors, as required

Manage all creative assets (including but not limited to: digital images, videos, copywriting files, design files, etc.) by brand/label

Manage in house photo studio and equipment

Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder is a bonus

Experience with designing and producing for the following platforms: Mail Chimp, Klayvio, Drupal, Shopify, WordPress and Squarespace

At least 2 years of experience as a production artist in a creative studio or agency

Strong skills in platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) as well as Figma

Collaborate with the 3D merchandising designer and creative leads on all Innovation projects, ensuring a clear and cohesive visual narrative.

Includes selecting images for storytelling, cropping, creating copy layouts, and occasionally creating image mockups for photo retouching.
