Marketing Trainee Jobs

We need a Marketing Trainee to join their team on a full-time basis. The primary responsibilities of this role include leading the division, managing and supervising all aspects of a community outreach program, and the client relationship, as well as growing the agency with new business. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in communications, and the ability to think one step ahead of clients to exceed needs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and run strategic client meetings
• Retain and develop current accounts to increase revenue
• Function as the main contact for client accounts OR communicate with clients at the senior level to build and maintain relationships
• Manage the execution of marketing programs as well as assume direct responsibility for the quality of work
• Supervise account staff in their daily activities, provide structure and instruction for balancing their workloads
• Anticipate clients' strategic needs, both long and short term
• Provide strategic counsel to clients and account team
• Motivate, mentor, and guide the professional development of staff
• Actively participate and guide the operations and future course of division and agency
• Assume fiscal responsibility for division, accounts, and team
• Consistently offer value and add counsel

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Detail-oriented and results-oriented
• Prior agency experience is a must
