Job Description
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and aligning various stakeholders on product vision and product strategy to fuel business growth with multi-year plans. The Product Manager will have a strong understanding of the product development process as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, there is a primary focus on customer and strategy which in turn will translate into product backlog that bakes in customer needs and business growth. The Product Manager will oversee a team comprised of Business Analysts, Solution Analysts, and Support QA Analysts. In this role, the Product Manager will recommend creative solutions, identify opportunities for process/system enhancements that drive efficiently, as well as provide updates and analysis on deliverable requirements and project status.
