Role: Healthcare Product Manager

Remote within USA

A Product Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of a company's products or services. The primary goal of a PM is to ensure that the company's products meet the needs of its customers and are profitable for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to retirement.
• Establish strong relationships across our leadership team, partnering departments, and adjacent product development groups
• Take ownership of our product’s contributions to engagement, health outcomes, and scalability of our treatment.
• Extensive experience in data analytics, financial analysis, budgeting, and a keen ability to convert complex information into concise strategic business insights using PowerPoint, Excel, and other data
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing and promotion strategies and ensure effective product positioning.
• Ensure that products meet legal and regulatory requirements and maintain compliance.
• Define the product direction for a team comprising designers, software engineers,; work cross-functionally with operational leadership. Translate your vision into compelling initiatives and stir excitement across the organization to execute on them.
• Define product requirements and write user stories to guide the development process.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, including customer feedback and engagement, and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
• -Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for new products or product improvements.
• Develop a product strategy and roadmap, including prioritizing features, setting timelines, and defining success metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development and launch.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, leadership, communication skills and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of product management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
• Must have strong Healthcare background.
• Establish strong relationships across our leadership team, partnering departments, and adjacent product development groups, preferably in the technology industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
