Purpose & Impact of your role

This role will be responsible for

-Complete and thorough understanding of the product and future business requirements

-Define goals and create a vision & roadmap for development projects

-Requirement management using Agile methodologies

-Impart Product trainings to the team

-Product documentation and knowledgebase creation

-Define and monitor product success metrices

-Drive the agile teams and oversee product development

-Liase between the product and development teams

-Stakeholder management and coordination

- Provide guidance and support other team members

-May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

You Know you are made for this role if you have

•Prior experience working in the healthcare domain

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Product Management, Business Analysis

•8+ years of product management experience

•Should have worked on PT area (Physiotherapy)

•Should have worked in End to end billing

•Prior experience with working on healthcare/healthcare interoperability (integrations/HL7/CCDs/ Interface Engines)

•Experience working with stakeholders in a business environment across cross-functional groups

•Understanding of product management best practices, including agile development environments

•Demonstrated success at driving results in a fast-paced environment and managing simultaneously competing priorities
