Job Description

Product Manager will lead the commercialization and support of our Flow Sensor product line. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and will report directly to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer.

Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the engineering and R&D teams to bring new products to market, ensuring they meet customer requirements and market demands.
  • Manage the product life cycle, including product launches, end-of-life decisions, and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and inform product development decisions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the Flow Sensor product line, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful product launches.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of flow sensor technology and applications.
  • Ifm is unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on flow sensors or similar products.
  • Familiarity with product development methodologies such as Agile or Lean.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into product strategies.
