Position Description

• Work in cross functional teams and projects to deliver continuous improvement, IT platform development, vertical and product deliverables
• Support the commercial and operations organisations in strategic customer engagement
• Develop and support the standards for the LLP covering ways of working, processes, use of IT solutions and go to market strategy.
• Work with customers and colleagues to identify and support new product development initiatives within LLP, continue to drive the development agenda within the product
• Support training and development of the LLP / operations organisation as well as training of key sales resources in new products
• Work with regional MD’s and Products to understand product development and enhancement opportunities as well as engaging in setting standard operating processes and models
• Work in collaboration with OPEX, Implementation and operations to ensure product governance rules are followed, products are continuously improved and standards are clear throughout the organisation

Required Experience And Skills

• Strong influencing skills with the ability to understand different perspectives, look for opportunities to support and build relationships
• Collaborative mindset, open to feedback
• Experience in working in an international environment
• Ability to engage with customers and business teams to understand needs, opportunities, and priorities to support product development
• Deep understanding of operations and supply-chain management processes as well as an appreciation for OPEX and its role within the organization
• Creative thinking, with a view to how can continuously improve business outcomes engaging with peers across the business as well as external thought leaders
• Ability to engage with operations and commercial teams to set and maintain product governance across pricing and execution to standard ways of working
• Ability to work across the organisation from OPEX development areas to IT projects to complex customer implementations.
• Excellent communication and relationship development skills, able to influence others to adopt common processes and ways of working
