We are a rapidly growing digital beauty media company looking for a talented and motivated Part-Time Video Content Coordinator to join our team. Our company specializes in creating innovative and engaging short form video content that is designed to captivate and inspire a diverse beauty audience.
Job Overview: The Part-Time Video Content Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the creation and management of video campaigns, sourcing creators via social media, building an internal and external content network, and creating video briefs and examples as needed. This is a remote position, which allows the successful candidate to work from home, while collaborating with our team to ensure the successful completion of key deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating video briefs and examples as needed, ensuring that they meet the specific requirements of each project.
- Ensuring that all video content is consistent with the brand and products details and messaging.
- Creating and managing content for video campaigns, ensuring that it is delivered on time and on budget.
- Sourcing and vetting creators via social media, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality and creativity.
- Project management of video campaigns from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of the project.
- Building an internal and external content network to facilitate the creation of high-quality video content.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure that video content is integrated with other marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Knowledge of video production equipment and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective video features.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in video content creation and project management.
Key Deliverables:
- Source and vet high-quality creators via social media.
- Ensure that all video content is consistent with our brand and messaging.
- Successfully manage and deliver multiple video campaigns on time and on budget.
- Create and deliver high-quality video briefs and examples as needed.
