Responsible for implementing Value Generation Features under Strategic Roadmap for US & International Markets by partnering with Technologies and Key Stakeholders.

• Instill a sense of urgency by partnering with Scrum Masters and Teams in planning and delivering. Appropriately identifying, raising, and mitigating risks and challenges and leveraging opportunities to accelerate execution.
• Becoming a living example of the Blue Box values creating an environment that fosters collaboration, inclusiveness, and development.
• Promoting a strategic perspective by partnering with colleagues and leadership to translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Engineering background
• Ability to build strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders and take a proactive approach to collaboration.
• Highly motivated and passionate for creating best-in-class products and customer experiences.
• Agile SAFE experience.
• A proven ability to define clear customer needs and features and gain buy-in and confidence at multiple levels of the organization.
• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development.

Preferred:

• Experience with Servicing or Digital Experiences a plus.
• Understanding of American Express tech and product development processes, known as a businessperson who can speak both tech and business languages.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive decision making, collaboration and alignment.
• Experience working with Engineering and process teams.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
