Product Design Lead - Remote

What are we looking for?

A Product Design Lead who will manage and organize multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

To create the look and the feeling of a product that will be used by millions of people and many well-known businesses, as the Product Design Lead, you will offer brands a fundamentally different approach by utilizing Web3 technology and game design, and make being a devoted consumer even more enjoyable and rewarding.

The next wave of brand membership & loyalty will be powered by your contributions for developing consumer relationship!

What are your responsibilities?

• Conducting user research and analyzing the results to generate insights that influence product design.
• Working together with the leadership to design fresh features from scratch.
• Describing your vision to the team by using prototypes, documentation, and mock-ups.
• Designing technical projects and working with engineers.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Ability to balance the necessity to move swiftly and iterate, and the desire to create beautiful designs.
• The will and ability to extend past the scope of a typical product design role.
• Expertise completing numerous projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to create prototypes and wireframes.
• More than 5 years of UX, UI, or product design experience
• Prior experience designing products from scratch.

What would make you different:

• Experience in working and communicating with engineers as well as designing technological initiatives.
• Familiarity with user research mechanics and methodologies.
• Knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem and an interest in Web3 and NFTs.
