You will work closely with stakeholders, peers, vendors, and partner teams to support product and operations for high-impact initiatives that reach new-to-industry learners as well as developers across the globe.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of key cross-functional and cross product area initiatives, including gathering technical and business requirements from stakeholders, identifying and prioritizing work streams, building project plans, driving legal approvals, and ensuring the on-time delivery of key milestones.
• Develop analytics and insights to support the pillar and help inform product and program strategies.
• Based on product insights, develop creative short- and long-term strategies on how to engage learners at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on annual business planning, objectives and key results, operational business reviews, and stakeholder updates for high-impact strategic projects.
