Grey Matters Defense Solutions is seeking a talented and dedicated Program Manager

About the job:

• Coordinates different related projects in a company to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals
• Coordinate activities between multiple projects without directly managing them. The Program Manager oversees the main program, giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation
• Program managers oversee the fulfillment of multiple projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Devising new programs that support the continued success of the current projects within the program
• Working with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the programs
• Evaluating and assessing the programs’ strengths and weaknesses
• Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
• Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization, current and future projects
• Experience building a budget for the program and must ensure all projects stay within this budget. Most Program Managers create their own evaluation method to properly review and assess the strengths of their program and to determine any areas of improvement.
• Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met
• Coming up with sustainable goals by developing program and project budgets

• Qualified candidates have a high-level management and leadership skills and experience managing complex software development projects and programs
• Teamwork and motivational skills
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in business administration preferred.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $155,000
