The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Product Analyst Ideal candidates must have a bachelors degree, experience with SQL/PowerBI, and experience condcting market research.

• Build reports and dashboards to visualize results
• Participate in staff meetings to provide insite regarding sales trends and market shifts
• Identify and analyze customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits
• Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing
• Research competitors and analyze comparison sales, prices, and distribution methods

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, or related field

Experience Required

• Experience in SQL/Power BI coding

• 2 years' experience in market research, market analysis, or competitive analysis

They are hiring full-time Funding Specialists. These positions offer a broad range of learning opportunities. Responsibilities include data entry, reviewing orders to ensure medical documentation is complete, submitting orders to insurances, reviewing insurance approvals, denials, and appealing decisions, when necessary to ensure medicals needs are met.

• Extensive communication skills. This position handles calls each day from a wide range of customers. They may need to influence, calm, diffuse, and persuade a customer through their conversation. Must be an expert listener, maintain customer confidentiality and have negotiating skills.
• Must be detail oriented, with strong analytical ability.
• Associate’s Degree in Business and two years of experience in a medical office, telemarketing, retail or customer service is preferred. An individual with an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
• Must have ability to maintain a positive attitude, especially during high stress.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Flexible, with ability to adapt to a fast paced, rapidly changing circumstances.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook, is strongly suggested.
