Job Description
Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To


The CCB Service Product Group Business Analyst is ultimately responsible for partnering with the Product Owner to create, refine and maintain a healthy backlog of user stories which are easily understood by the consuming team(s).


  • Managing product backlog along with Product Owners - including having 2 sprints backlog refined and partnering with Scrum Master on sequencing.
  • Refining stories to a level of detail that will enable code to be written and tested without defects or requirements gaps; write acceptance criteria and generate test scripts.
  • Running effective JAD sessions and/or team refinement sessions; Juggling multiple stories at any given time, all with aggressive delivery expectations
  • Collecting user requirements and feedback from Product Owners and Tech Leads in formal and informal settings.
  • Working closely with UX teams on design of new features and components.
  • Building relationships with 'co-supplier' stakeholders from multiple regions and products areas and scrum team they work with
  • Performing in depth analysis for fact finding on existing behavior of the system (including business logic and end-to-end data flow) and educating stakeholders to help ensure the build of comprehensive, robust requirements.


Qualifications


  • Experience with API-based designs, micro services, web services
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Must have a solid ability to analyze complex system requirements and present findings to both; Effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
  • Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation; Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase; Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure
  • Must have the ability easily assimilate information and learn new applications and processes; Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle; Advanced knowledge of using tools like confluence and JIRA
  • 3+ years of business analyst or relevant experience as well as record of individual technical achievement
  • Expertise in business requirements writing and communication
