Procurement Analyst (Vendor Onboarding)

Our client, a global asset management firm based in New York, NY, is seeking a Vendor Management Associate to join their growing organization. The individual will be reporting into Finance working directly with AP, corporate controllers, and technology to assist with vendor risk management, including the annual and quarterly review processes for existing Critical and Non-Critical suppliers. Other responsibilities include managing the vendor onboarding process, updating vendor risk workstreams as well as assisting with special projects as needed. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in a vendor onboarding function dealing with a high volume of vendors. Ideal candidates will be coming out of a procurement and or vendor/third party risk function.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office a plus
• Experience with Workday preferred
• 5+ years of vendor onboarding experience
