Job Description

Our client, a well-known Investment Bank in Midtown, NY, is looking to add a Data Analyst to their Procurement team! Responsibilities of this position include gathering and analyzing data from the firm's Source-to-Pay (S2P) system, acquiring and maintaining employee data for the Contingent Labor team, and assisting internal users and vendors with troubleshooting matters. The ideal candidate will come with two years of experience in procurement with a heavy focus on vendor data management, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with S2P systems. Experience using Oracle ERP and previous experience supporting a contingent labor sourcing team is a plus.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting the Contingent Labor sourcing team with client data and contract management needs
  • Facilitating internal user requests and assisting with vendor/user troubleshooting matters
  • Running procurement data queries and providing analysis


Requirements:

  • At least two years of procurement data analysis, preferably with a financial services firm
  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with S2P systems; Ivalua is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
