Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
The Vendor Implementation Specialist takes a lead role in national delegated vendor network development, performance oversight, implementations, de-implementations, terminations, monthly operations meetings, and Joint Operations Committees
How You Will Make An Impact

• Ensures successful Enterprise Vendor Management implementations including workflow process development, performance metric development and maintenance, operational issue management resolution for ongoing relationships, planned initiatives to achieve cost of care savings for a state and/or complex regional initiatives.
• May be responsible for complex vendor and internal business affiliate performance metric development and ongoing monitoring of operational workflow processes.
• Operational issue management resolution and problem solving for ongoing delegated vendor relationships, planned initiatives to achieve cost of care savings for a state and/or regional initiatives, ensuring successful Government Business Division delegated vendor management implementations including network development, workflow process development, performance metric development and maintenance.
• Supports the Project Management Office initiatives.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory, CMS, NCQA, state and Federal regulations.
• Serves in a project management role with responsibility for resource estimates, expected ROI within resource and project costs, timelines, system and business impacts, and stakeholder management for assigned implementations.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BA degree and a minimum of 2 years of business analysis, process improvement, project management, network management or related experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $49,120 to $ 88,416.
Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
