As a Procurement Analyst, you will be at the heart of driving sustainable development on a global scale. Collaborate with a dynamic team to support the rollout of our Sustainable Finance Hub (SFH) projects.
Dive into the Quantum Procurement Module, shaping the future of procurement processes.
Be the driving force behind procurement plans and their seamless execution.
Engage in the exciting journey of organizing procurement processes, from RFQ/RFPs to bid evaluations and negotiations, all while ensuring full compliance with regulations.
Bring your precision to preparing purchase orders, contracts, and supplier registrations.
Champion an effective internal control system to ensure smooth operations and timely corrections.
Fuel your passion for sustainability by aligning procurement activities with our commitment to UNDP values.
Take a hands-on approach in providing operational and administrative support to our SFH projects.
Collaborate on drafting and editing important documentation related to SFH operations.
Uncover insights by generating and interpreting procurement reports, helping us stay on track and adaptable.
Add the finishing touches by offering logistical support for meetings, workshops, and special events that drive our mission forward.
Be a dependable deputy liaison, fostering connections and interactions related to procurement and operational support matters.
Who You Are
Your passion for making a difference is matched by your skills and experiences:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, Economics, or a related field.
You've gathered at least 2 years of invaluable experience in organizing and implementing procurement processes, either nationally or internationally.
Your Professional Certification in Public Procurement (CIPS Level IV equivalent) showcases your dedication and expertise.
Tech-savvy is your middle name, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and web-based management systems.
You've navigated the Quantum procurement system and thrive in its intricacies.
Your language proficiency shines through in both written and spoken English.
