As a Procurement Analyst Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing commodities, materials, supplies, and equipment to support our operations. Your expertise will be vital in pre-award and post-award procurement functions, where you'll independently handle tasks that range from standard procedures to complex initiatives.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with various departments to determine procurement needs and create effective strategies for acquiring goods and services.
Administer bidding processes and contracts, ensuring supplier compliance and performance.
Prepare detailed specifications, evaluate bids, and recommend suppliers to secure items within budget and regulatory requirements.
Provide contractual advice, interpretation, and guidance to stakeholders.
Participate in vendor meetings and pre-commencement discussions to ensure successful contract execution.
Expedite orders when necessary and facilitate vendor conflict resolution.
Prepare purchase orders, contract documentation, and related materials.
Review historical data to optimize pricing and delivery methods.
Deliver procurement-related training to internal and external partners.
What You'll Bring

Qualifications
High School diploma (or GED) with four years of purchasing, procurement, or acquisition experience.
Associate's degree in relevant field with two years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work varying schedules, including special and emergency situations.
