Job Description
As a Digital Product Manager and Feature Team Lead for commercial real estate, you will develop and deliver innovative digital software solutions for real estate owners. Collaborating across design and development you will lead the development of new features and enhancements. You will also work across Go-To-Market teams as well as functional partners to roll out the solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Job Responsibilities


  • Manage direct and in-direct reports
  • Collaborate and foster alignment across various internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Go-to-Market, Support and Sales
  • Interact directly with a globally disbursed team of developers, create user stories and prioritize requirements with an agile approach
  • Lead the design and development of new solutions
  • Be an end-to-end subject matter expert on target market trends, personas and client journeys
  • Proactively identify issues and own resolutions end-to-end
  • Partner with the design and research teams to uncover and deeply understand client needs, manage rapid prototyping and deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Create and successfully execute a product roadmap for feature team
  • Interact directly with clients to understand their needs and champion the product


Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

  • 8+ years of total professional experience with 3+ years directly in product management
  • Experience in consumer solutions, property management software or start ups a plus
  • Experience managing teams
  • Solution oriented and results driven with demonstrated ability to meet objectives
