The Role Objective

This role is within the company’s Portfolio Operations Department. You will serve as the assistant director of an assigned institutional client account. The account will be comprised of one or more portfolios of single family homes and supported by a robust, diversified team of functional specialists.

Role & Responsibilities

• POD satisfaction scores (internal assessment of your leadership abilities)Performance evaluations drafted by your senior Portfolio Director Operational and financial performance of your assigned portfolio/s
• Such other responsibilities as may be assigned by company leadership
• Covering for the Portfolio Director on your account in his or her absence
• Leveraging Darwin resources, to include the POD team, to drive performance and deliver exceptional results for your client
• You will be evaluated primarily on the basis of: Client satisfaction scores (external assessment)Client retention and account expansion
• Leading & managing these personnel as needed
• Supporting the management of an assigned institutional client relationship
• Supporting & supervising personnel assigned to your client portfolio or “POD”
