Job Description

Job Summary:

Oversee plant production operations, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Develop processes for safety, quality, productivity, and profitability. Manage plant functions, align objectives, and maintain high standards. Lead employee relations and foster a high-trust environment.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years' manufacturing experience with 5 years in operations leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for growth & development
  • Glass manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong in change management, process improvement, and budget management
