Plaintiff Litigation Legal Assistant - Remote | Wfh

We're seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team and support top attorneys on complex caseloads, including personal injury, crime victims, and employment discrimination. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with the partner of the firm and provide support during trial preparation and trial.

As our Legal Assistant, you'll be responsible for drafting correspondence and pleadings, proofreading documents, calendaring/scheduling, e-filing in state and federal courts, maintaining client records, billing, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a legal assistant (litigation experience preferred), working knowledge of state and federal court rules, exemplary communication skills, and a high attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
