JOB DISCRIPTION
A business owneris seeking an Office Administrator join our team as an Administrative Assistant you are to provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses, and maintaining various records
KeyResponsibilities
*Experience in office administration and/or accounting (prior office experience in manufacturing or similar construction, preferred-not required)
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel Word Outlook Power Point)
*Basic Accounting experience (Experience with Viewpoint, SAGE, Timberline, SAP, or similar construction platform is a plus)
*Ability to give instructions and clearly explain problems or situation
*Must be Team Orientated
*Good leadership and organization skills
Submit Purchase orders and assist in ordering equipment and materials for crews
Experience managing employee records, tracking data, reports, accounts payable
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
