Personal Assistant And Social Media Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking a celebrity personal assistant with exceptional skills in social media, project management, travel planning, team communication, marketing and sales projects, and content creation, including video filming and editing. Your superpowers are: you know how to work with a high-level CEO, media personalities, executives, and their teams, and you know how to document their journey (via video/socials) as well as plan and coordinate their calendar, travel, projects, appearances, meetings. You’ll work in-person and on the road with our renowned CEO, Brendon Burchard. Please do not apply if you’ve never been a personal assistant, executive assistant, or if you do not know how to use a video camera or create social media content at high levels. You have at least 3 years previous experience that demonstrates exceptional communication, creative, and organizational skills. You must understand the modern social media landscape in addition to your personal assistant experience. This role is based in Northern California.

What You Will Do In This Role:

• You’ll create and post social media content, from behind the scenes in the studio and on the road, and you’ll support responding to our incredible audience of over 5 million fans.
• You’ll manage our CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, interviews and travel, and serve as his go-to voice and project manager with our teams and clients.
• You’ll work in-studio production with podcasts and videos, and coordinate content and distribution with our larger marketing team.
• You’ll play a key role in moving GrowthDay’s mission forward!
• You will work in a filming studio setting with our CEO on a weekly basis, as well as support him on travel to major events.
• You’ll assist in coordinating interviews and livecast events.

You Are What We Are Looking For If:

• You love personal development and are constantly raising your personal bar of what excellence looks like in your life.
• You can demonstrate that you’ve handled confidential and sensitive information before, so being trustworthy is really important.
• You know how to shoot and edit video.
• You have exceptional writing and communication skills.
• You have a track record of managing a lot of moving parts (content, travel, teams, projects)
• You’re incredibly organized, especially in managing calendars and travel. If you’ve never managed an executive or celebrity’s calendar and travel, and actually traveled with them, this role is not for you.
• You’ve worked as a personal assistant for a high-profile client or executive for at least 3 years.
• You have incredible recommendations from your experience as a personal/executive assistant from you previous clients or employers.
