Project Manager (Social Media + Tiktok)

We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager with experience working in social media and content production. This role will develop, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects and ensure deliverables are delivered on time and within budget. The Project Manager sits on the Client Services team and will coordinate internally between our cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Talent, Production) to manage deadlines, resources, tasks, and budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in managing legal & client approvals where needed
• Liaise with assigned clients as needed, including participating in inter-agency team calls, leading project update meetings, and responding to emails in a timely manner
• Lead milestone/progress meetings with members of the project team, including providing status reports on a daily/weekly or as needed basis
• Excellent analytical and project management skills; detail-oriented is a must!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products as well as Monday.com
• Recommend tools, processes and other approaches to help produce and maintain excellence in creative and service
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Work closely with Client Service colleagues to understand resourcing and allocation, including making recommendations on staffing solutions where needed
• Oversee the development of Scopes of Work, contractor agreements, budgets and more in partnership with internal teams
• Manage project scheduling (milestones), prioritization, planning, production, execution and reporting; proactively look for opportunities for the team to improve in achieving milestones in a realistic and healthy way
• Manage internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on-time.
• Minimum 4 years experience working in project management or at a creative or influencer agency
