Summary
The People Operations Analyst will be a key member of the People Operations team. This role will focus primarily on global total rewards programs analysis and design, as well as stock plan administration. About 25% of their responsibilities will be in people-related analytics in partnership with the HRIS team and other teams such as FP&A and Accounting.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Total Rewards Analysis/Design: in partnership with Total Rewards team and FP&A, providing strategic and operational support for the design, testing, evaluation of current and potential implementation of new total rewards programs, processes, and technology solutions through data analysis and optimization, validation, and visualization.
Stock Plan Administration: Provide operational and administrative support for equity compensation programs. Partner with other functional leads (including in Legal, People Operations, Accounting, and Finance) to develop processes that ensure the accuracy of all equity data including all aspects of record-keeping, reporting, reconciliation, and auditing.
People-Related Analytics: key point person responsible for statistically reviewing all People Operations past, current, future forecasting of data and recommend digestible data stories for leadership. This will be derived by using information in UKG, PAVE, Fidelity, and other benefit carriers, by use of the following media such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, UKG BI etc. Examples include, but not limited to pay range design/analysis, compensation/market reviews, cost per hire, DE&I, etc.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by leadership
Required Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Compensation analyst or other related experience
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an HR Business or other related experience –AND-
- Experience in total rewards programs such as compensation and benefits administration
- Be resourceful and your own best teacher in a dynamic environment, partnership with various key stakeholders across the organization
- Intermediate knowledge in HR business processes and their dependencies
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience with UKG BI reporting, total rewards, and equity platforms such as Carta, Fidelity, Radford
- Experience in global total rewards programs such as compensation and benefits administration in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions, stock/equity option plan administration
- Advanced knowledge of HR business processes
- Work experience performing data analysis and data visualizations
- Experience in total rewards programs such as compensation and benefits administration, stock/equity option plan administration
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy
- Excellent analytical, logical reasoning and organizational skills – must be able to assess complex problems by breaking them down into manageable parts, identifying interdependencies, and deliver recommendations / solutions
- The ability to recognize several likely causes of events or multiple consequences of actions, anticipate obstacles and think ahead about next steps
- Displays self-motivation and a strong desire to learn within an unpredictable and demanding environment
- The ability to work independently and as a member of the team to support team objectives and other team members
- Ability to work with various and disparate data sources as well as data storage technologies to create analytical ready datasets.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Must have excellent communication, writing and facilitation skills demonstrated problem resolution skills
