Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline HR workflows and enhance the overall employee experience when engaging with HR services.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize system capabilities, implement new modules, and maintain data accuracy and security.
  • Leverages systems and technology (and makes recommendations for) as a means to increase efficiency and productivity of the function, as well as simplifying processes and programs for the employee population.
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations to update HR policies and practices accordingly.
  • Deliver data-backed solutions and initiatives. Identify, gather, and analyze data to provide real-time and relevant insights that will drive decision-making. Use advanced analytics and insights to solve complex enterprise-wide problems.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Continually analyze efficiency of service delivery model.
  • HR Compliance:
    • Ensure HR operations comply with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations to update HR policies and practices accordingly.
  • M&A Integration:
    • Lead and manage all aspects of HR-related activities during mergers and acquisitions, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee integration and onboarding experience.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive integration plan, addressing cultural alignment, benefits and compensation harmonization, HR policy alignment, and employee communications.
  • HR Operations:
    • Evaluate existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Standardize HR processes and policies across the organization to promote consistency and compliance.
    • Deliver data-backed solutions and initiatives. Identify, gather, and analyze data to provide real-time and relevant insights that will drive decision-making. Use advanced analytics and insights to solve complex enterprise-wide problems.

    • Align operational projects to ensure a positive impact on organizational performance; track projects to show impact and ROI. Partner with financial and business stakeholders on business cases and financial impact.
    • Continually analyze efficiency of service delivery model.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to navigate through organizational transitions and drive successful change initiatives.
  • Experience in a multi-national/global organization is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field. Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex initiatives.
  • 7 years of operations and/or consulting experience including M&A integration support and/or leading HR programs, process and systems initiatives.
