Payroll Clerk Jobs

Interim HealthCare is under new ownership and is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The individual will assist our Payroll Department with processing of payroll as well as be crossed trained in other areas. The ideal candidate must have a clear understanding of processing payroll with advance experience in Microsoft Excel. This is a full time in-office position Monday - Friday 8:00am. to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities:

• Reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• Responsible to employee inquiries regarding payroll
• Process payroll on a bi-weekly and weekly basis
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
• Ensure accurate calculation of employees wages

Qualifications:

• Moderate to Advanced in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in payroll processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
