Job Description
Shoppe Amber Interiors, a high-end lifestyle store with multiple brick and mortar locations and a growing ecommerce business, is looking to grow its in-house accounting team. We are looking for an experienced AP Clerk with experience in a high-volume AP transaction business and a fast pace environment. ACCOUNTING/AP CLERK RESPONSIBILITIES: Record all invoices and credits received, properly classifying expenses, maintaining and organizing AP files Purchase Order verification Reconcile vendor statements Fielding and researching vendor inquiries Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned ACCOUNTING/AP CLERK QUALIFICATIONS: Accounts Payable– 1 year (required) Bill.com Experience (preferred) NetSuite or another ERP system experience (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills (required) Self-starting and detail-oriented Excellent communication and time management skills Education: High School Diploma (or GED) ACCOUNTING/AP CLERK COMPENSATION: The compensation for this position ranges from $20 - $30 (hourly). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
