Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement partnership activations plans in support of enterprise goals and within budget
  • Gathers and analyzes data to ensure sound business decisions and proposes action plans for resolution
  • Leverages knowledge of industry, company issues, competitive environment, business and area specific needs to lead, manage, and complete assignments
  • Develops strong working relationships with partners
  • Evaluates partnership opportunities as part of a team
  • Support partnership negotiations directly or via marketing agencies
  • Management of partnerships primarily focused on gaming/eSports
  • Mentors, coaches, and serves as a resource to other peers within the department
  • Works under general direction on assignments of greater complexity and coordination

Qualifications
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • 3-5 years of work experience in partnership marketing, ideally with a focus on the Gaming industry
  • Experience with contract negotiations
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a group to develop integrated campaigns
  • Agency, event property or large brand experience preferred
