Position: Director, Influencer & Celebrity Partnerships

As the Director of Influencer & Celebrity Partnerships, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing our influencer and celebrity marketing strategies. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging influential individuals who resonate with our target audience and can effectively communicate our brand's mission. Your goal will be to build authentic, long-term partnerships that enhance brand visibility, generate impactful content, and drive positive brand sentiment.
Responsibilities:
Influencer and Celebrity Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong connections with influencers and celebrities, serving as the main point of contact and nurturing relationships to ensure mutual trust and alignment.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer and celebrity partnership strategy aligned with our brand's values and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers and celebrities to create engaging content, such as product endorsements, social media collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify and establish relationships with influential individuals, including social media influencers, celebrities, athletes, and prominent figures within the Christian community.
Partnership Strategy and Execution:
- Develop creative and mutually beneficial partnership proposals and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Identify strategic opportunities for partnerships based on audience demographics, brand alignment, and market trends.
- Define partnership objectives, KPIs, and success metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of influencer and celebrity collaborations.
- Coordinate campaign logistics, including product gifting, content creation, event attendance, and brand collaborations.
Content Creation and Amplification:
- Provide creative guidance and support to ensure that the content aligns with our brand's messaging, values, and quality standards.
- Amplify influencer-generated content through various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and our ecommerce platform.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, engagement metrics, and audience feedback to optimize future campaigns and collaborations.
- Collaborate with influencers and celebrities to develop compelling content that promotes our Christian apparel brand and resonates with our target audience.
Brand Advocacy and Partnerships:
- Cultivate brand advocates among influencers and celebrities, nurturing long-term relationships and fostering authentic brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and celebrity endorsements, identifying new partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Seek opportunities for cross-promotion and co-branded initiatives to expand our reach and leverage the influence of our partners.
ROI Measurement and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools and social listening platforms to measure campaign performance, sentiment analysis, and ROI.
- Track and analyze the impact of influencer and celebrity partnerships on brand awareness, website traffic, customer acquisition, and sales.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for future partnership strategies.
