About the Team and Job:
The Growth Business team is a scaled midmarket sales team that is part of TikTok's Global Business Solutions Division. The focus of this team is to connect TikTok's vibrant and growing creators and users with the brands and businesses they know and love. The Brand Partnership Manager role is directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through consultation, education, and support.
We are searching for a sales professional who has experience in brand sales to enable Fortune 1000 marketers to exceed their potential through innovative growth strategies on TikTok. You will combine an exceptional ability to provide consultative selling; a passion for growing revenue; an outstanding ability to set strategic vision; and a willingness to execute the tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales (including prospecting new business); problem-solving skills; attention to detail; the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment. This position is full-time and located in our Austin, TX office. We offer a flexible working policy of 2 or more days in the office and the other working days remotely.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
  • Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices.
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
  • Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions.
  • Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients and agencies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4 years of digital media sales, marketing, brand advertising, and/or online advertising experience.
  • Must be willing to work in our Austin, TX office 2-3 days a week.

  • Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker, and strategist.
  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
  • Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
  • A team player and collaborator.
