• This job is a member of the Citi Co-Brand Team within the Currency Partnerships team.
• Responsible for supporting important marketing projects designed to drive new card acquisitions, and education and engagement of existing cardmembers to drive overall growth for the Citi Co-Brand portfolio through Digital Channels. This involves working with internal and external departments at American, Citi and 3rd party agencies.

What You'll Do

• Some travel required, up to 20%
• Maintains monthly digital performance reporting and invoicing for 3rd party agencies
• Support Acquisitions and ECM PST creation, and maintain master reporting between American Airlines and Citi
• Traffics approvals, marketing reviews and post deployment attestations of various Acquisitions and ECM marketing materials
• Engages in day-to-day relationships with Internal partners, Citi and Vendors
• Supports project management, prioritization and timelines of various Acquisitions and ECM digital enhancements and marketing campaigns
• Helps construct Acquisitions and Existing Cardmembers (ECM) marketing campaigns assets for digital channels by working closely with bank and all other American Airlines stakeholders
• Supports projects that drive the growth and profitability of American Airlines Citi portfolio / AAdvantage Co-brand credit cards products

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience/training

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Ability to be an innovative problem solver
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management and relationship management skills
• Exceptional project management skills with experience in working effectively under deadline pressures and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Skills in organization, consensus building and creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to be a self-starter who can recognize opportunities for innovation and creativity
• Ability to demonstrate analytical skills
