Job Description
Partnerships Manager
Fairing is seeking a Partnerships Manager to grow existing relationships and develop new relationships with agency and technology partners. As an early member of the team, you'll help to create foundational processes for our partnership program, as well as own day-to-day communications with partners. You’ll report directly to our Head of Sales and work closely with them to ensure we create mutually beneficial relationships with our partners. These partners are critical to the success of our customers and our company, and we’re their secret weapon to creating a competitive advantage.
This is a critical role that requires someone who is detail-oriented with a problem-solving mentality, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing both agency and technology partnerships in an early/growth-stage environment.
Responsibilities
  • Work with existing partners to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Be the face of the company at various events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Support partner marketing and promotional activities
  • Help design and optimize partner processes, including onboarding, training, and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product to ensure we’re building long term, mutually beneficial relationships
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales on all partner initiatives, including defining and executing on our partnership program
  • Identify, qualify, and successfully onboard new partners
  • Track and report on key partnership metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
  • Demonstrable communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a high “say to do” ratio
  • Experience in the Shopify ecosystem is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the DTC & Ecommerce industries
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a business development, sales or partnerships role in a SaaS environment (startup is ideal)

Location
New York City. We operate on a hybrid work model; one day per week in our midtown office is required.
