The Paid Media Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the development of comprehensive and strategic paid marketing campaigns that meet brand objectives and communication goals for No7BC. This includes cross-channel planning across TV, Print, Digital & Social Media. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally well-versed in Digital Media advertising aimed to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and sales.
This role will report in to and support the Senior Manager of Paid Media with front-to-end planning. This includes creating always-on initiatives, supporting key campaign moments & managing performance and measurement outputs – all while overseeing goals & KPIs. This individual must be a team player who is highly adaptable with strong initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning & Execution
- Monitor & optimize campaign performance to ensure media is delivering on set objectives and goals.
- Experience with hands-on buying within Ads Manager. Pinterest & TikTok – a plus.
- Partner closely with AOR (agency of record) to create and flawlessly execute multi-million-dollar campaigns.
- Facilitate ongoing collaboration with key team members (brand, content, AOR, retailer media) to ensure an integrated execution.
- Strong working knowledge of Digital Media channels. Including, but not limited to: publisher partnerships, display (programmatic & site-direct), online video and social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest)
- Become an expert in identifying who the No7BC consumer is and determine how to successfully target and communicate to them.
- Work with Senior Manager of Paid Media to design thoughtful audience targeting strategies leveraging 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sources.
· Deploy best practices and establish updated guidelines as it relates to best-in-class channel, tactic and creative performance in partnership with Senior Manager of Paid Media.
· Experience with digital media analytics and measurement studies (e.g. Facebook BLS, Millward Brown).
- Consistently monitor competitor activity and identify areas of opportunity.
- Recommend innovative and cutting-edge solutions to help excel growth and goals.
· Exhibit strong creative instincts to safeguard brand DNA.
Media Measurement & Performance
· In partnership with AOR, manage all reporting metrics, inclusive of actionable insights for audience targeting, channel and tactical performance, and creative.
· Identify optimizations and insights/implications (what worked well, what didn’t work, etc.) to inform future go-forward activations.
· Utilize data and insights to develop a strategic testing roadmap, inclusive of both long tail & short tail wins.
· Generate weekly, monthly & quarterly performance reports.
· Build and share presentations and documents that effectively communicate upward and outward project performance and campaign recommendations to internal stakeholders.
A bit about you…
· Bachelor’s degree required
· 4+ years of relevant Beauty, CPG or Media experience
· 4+ years at a Client, Digital Publisher or Agency and working within a high-performing, digital media team
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Must be a self-starter, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment where self-sufficiency is essential
· High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· Creative and constantly ideating on how to uniquely bring marketing campaigns to life
