Ecommerce Customer Support Representative

What Are We Looking For

Multiplymii is in search of an eCommerce Customer Support Representative , you will be working with our client based in the US. Our client is focused on leveraging technology to bring traditional distribution and manufacturing forward.

The eCommerce Customer Support Representative is responsible for answering all incoming calls and emails, fielding customer questions and complaints. You should have an outgoing and positive demeanor, a motivated, energetic work ethic, and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

• Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner
• Log customer complaints
• Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
• Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
• Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs
• Follow-up with callers on the complaint and/or question resolution status
• Answer customer emails and backlogged emails
• Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner
• Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed
• Live chat - phone calls - answering customer care line

About You

• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts
• Good understanding of email/chat etiquette
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
• Display a high level of interpersonal skills
• Experience in Amazon Seller Central
• Amenable to work from 8:00am - 5:00pm US Central Time Zone
