Operations Project Coordinator Jobs

RedCloud is seeking an Operations Project Coordinator to support immediate client operations. Job responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders and cross-functional team members
• Manage multiple workstreams with deliverables at various stages from start to completion for a global customer loyalty program
• Anticipate and respond to shifts in priorities, tasks, and/or requirements on an ongoing basis
• Produce visually appealing process documentation, workflow charts, and calendars to share with a senior leadership audience
• Work within large data sets to produce marketing campaign reports on a monthly and ad-hoc basis
• Establish, map, and document processes while proactively looking for gaps and areas to improve

Job qualifications

• Detail-driven and accurate
• Skilled Excel user and familiarity with Microsoft products
• Experience with global audience and loyalty programs a plus
• Comfortable standing up to stakeholders to ensure adherence to the process and schedule in place
• Strong multi-tasking skills, as you will be managing multiple projects simultaneously
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with a cross-functional, highly visible, marketing team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer focus
• Quick and highly agile with proactive problem-solving skills

Compensation range for position is $81,000 – 99,000 DOE.
