Insight Global is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join Fortune 100 company specializing in online payments. In this role, you will be supporting the Global Talent Acquisition Operations by assisting with vendor management processes. This includes vendor onboarding, purchase order creation, invoice tracking and related administrative duties. You may be involved in other activities within the GTA Operations Team to enhance best practices and support for internal stakeholders


Must Haves:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or another related field

-3 years of professional experience in recruiting or vendor onboarding/relationship management

-Must obtain knowledge of recruiting practices

-Must be able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple deliverables.

-Highly capable as an individual contributor, at the same time comfortable being an engaged team member.

-Good skills in MS Excel. Word, PowerPoint & MS Office products.

-Deadline-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

-Available for occasional weekend work to support updates; after hours work to support time zones.
