Job Description
Are you an exceptional problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? If so, we want to hear from you! We're looking for an Onboard Experience Support Specialist to join our team at one of the world's leading international premium cruise lines and tour companies.
As our Onboard Experience Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing elevated support to our onboard Guest Experience teams before, during, and after the cruise. You'll work closely with our shipboard staff to ensure that any issues or concerns raised by our guests are resolved quickly and efficiently, and that our guests have the best possible experience while on board.
Your day-to-day duties will include researching and handling highly escalated situations, responding to inquiries and requests for administrative support, liaising with other business units to ensure all relevant information has been processed, and following up with guests to ensure their satisfaction with the handling of their concerns. You'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our processes and overall guest experience and will work closely with our leadership team to drive continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service, including 2 years of experience handling escalated issues. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong listening skills, and the ability to empathize and connect with customers. You should also have strong time management and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Please note that this position can be 100% fully remote and is open to candidates located in the United States.
